@Vhiea....ada kok (crunch n mulai angkat beban tp singkat waktu😊)yoga senin -jumat . Muka keliatan kurus mbak bdn ga terlalu.aku sih p-de aj yg penting bdn fit n sehat😁. Hy dity sakit jd lucu aj🤣😂.
