So im back at 1600 cals. Before, i was only eating less not better. After five months of dieting, now I realize that it takes healthy food to get abs. I used to be scared to stop eating processed food, but now, i get to eat more because everything that is a whole food is low in cals. I’ve decided that being healthy is my new life style (But im still gonna eat a little unhealthy) 80/20 rule
