Today I had to do a stress test. I was told 165 was my target heart rate and 183 was the maximum heart rate. I got to the maximum in ten and a half minutes (once I was at a light jog). I thought it would take longer for me to get there. I guess my heart's as out of shape as I am. Need to step up my activity level.
