Today I'm working on the how to achieve my goals. I had originally thought that losing weight was my orinal priority but it is so much more. So much thinking that my brain hurts.
Oh well it's a new day. A day to work on things, thoughts and actions. A day to watch what I eat and to see if I can improve how I feel by not filling my face.
Hope for the best, but always be prepared for the worst. :( :/
