Was supposed to end my 48 hour fast yesterday at About 3 or 4 pm. I was feeling good so I went an extra 4 hours.
Glad I did cause eating later made me still feel full this morning as I reset the clock for another 48 hour fast.
My next 1 hour eating window is 3pm on Thursday. Once I got into the swing of it, the feeling of hunger dissipates as the body adjusts to it's new eating pattern.
Gotta Keep Insulin Low! Gotta Crank up My Production of HGH!
