Last straw -- again.

Nightmarish long flight back to UK, feeling like Shrek all the way. Knees and feet hugely painful from walking and flying. Airplane seats smaller than ever. Scales at home confirmed worst fears: up 15+ lbs since Jan. New highest ever. Got healthy groceries at airport. But hugely stressful 24 hours after with house, J's work and pain.

Note to self:
1) Do the right thing for the reward.
2) Keep calories up to keep metabolism up.
3) Read Ruby Wax's new book How to be Human.
