I think I'm finally starting to understand how my body loses weight! Yay, I'm finally starting to see a pattern! This is so exciting! Now let's just see if I can keep this pattern going and really get to know it and my body at the same time.
133.5 公斤 最近减少: 8.9 公斤.    还有: 13.8 公斤.    饮食准则: 100%.

You're a lucky lady then, because I think everyone would like to have that eye opening moment, and use it to get to their goal weight. Good luck and keep up the great work. :-)

LOL Sorry, I haven't found a magic weight lose treatment. I just meant that I can see a pattern with my weight lose. Monday I am usually at my highest weight for that week and then with hard work and good eating habits throughout the week by Saturday I am usually at my all time low for that week. I was getting discouraged there for a while when I would weight in higher (and for a little while I wasn't recording my higher weight because I felt discouraged by it) but I have started to notice that when my body weight goes up it usually means that I can except a drop in weight within the next couple of days. So now I am recording every weight in good or bad and that is how I found this pattern. It was kind of exciting for me because for so long I didn't think that my body was on the same page as me when it came to losing weight LOL.

Every little bit of understanding helps.. too many people freak out about the fluctuations just because they don't have a grasp on their body's 'patterns' quite yet.. glad you are figuring out what to expect so that you can adjust if things don't go as planned!! :)
