I know this is what it says my numbers are when my wife does the calipers, and my wife uses the videos from linear-software.com to show her where to measure each week. Despite this according to these number I have consistently gone up since March 27 in terms of how much body fat I have, and gone down in terms of how much muscle I have (According to the numbers, I have gone from 51.84 lbs of fat to 59.41, and from 184.45 lbs of muscle, down to 168.39) however, I am wearing pants that I haven't work in over 2 years, and when I put on my belt, it has gone down 2 notches since when I started, and my Marathon PR is down 16:17 off my pace, and over a minute on my 5K. So the numbers say I'm getting more out of shape, but the real life effects I see, say otherwise.
