I am not sure about my scale. It weighed me 2 diff weights when I checked it again this morning. I will probably have to weigh at work if this is a norm. We'll see.

I went overboard on calories today. I will see how the scale reacts tomorrow. It has been an eat whatever day. I think next relaxed eating day I need to put more brakes on and not so many calories. Awareness is good...now ACTION makes it happen. I don't feel deprived, which is good. One day at a time with this new journey of trying to lose weight and get off of prednisone. Thankful and blessed to have fat secret and the support of everybody. God bless my fellow weight loss members.

I would hop up and down on that bad boy on my tippy toes 2 or 3 more times; then log the lowest number... #anymeansnecessary
