I knew I was doing it at the time. I went to a neighborhood gathering last evening and ended up eating....well, basically one of everything. I knew i wasn't hungry as I chewed and swallowed. I knew if I had stayed home I would have had a nice cuppa and called the eating quits for the day.
I had planned to start tracking my food starting tomorrow as I seem to always use Monday's to get serious, again, with FS so fortunately I won't have to figure out what I ate last night.
Eating with others has always been a problem for me. I will just have to be more careful as the warm weather brings outdoor gatherings with food.
