I originally promised myself a week off at christmas if i hit my goal and i ended up taking it - ive trained through it all but the bag full of goodies and general christmas eats has loaded me up lol. ive gained rounghly 1 st
I dont really get concerned as i will drop half the excess in the first week of dieting down again . ive averaged 5000 kcal per day for the last week and honestly i feel rough for all the excess sugar and salt / fat . Have a great new year all .
