Haven't done one of these for a while. I am trying to re-group!

1. Aim for 3 swims a week BUT only between 750 and 800m per swim broken down to 250m front crawl, 250m legs only, 125m breaststroke, 125m backstroke. cool down.

2. Proper saunas twice a week.

3. 2 gym sessions a week. Watt bike, light weights, mobility, stretching.

4. Start recording food again. Aim: lower calories, and increase protein. Stop eating so much rubbish! Hydrate more.

5. Adjust my goal weight to something more achievable in the short term.

I’ve been the same Anne, still tracking but not posting very much, and I too need a bit of a shake up and a nice new schedule to mix things up a bit. I like a bit of discipline and a plan 😊

I know Hump. Haven't even put up a decoration yet. But I should have loose ends tied up by Wednesday then hopefully can start Christmasing after then. 🤞🤞🎅 🎄
