Hugs to those who need and/or want one =)

Sorry I have not been around much the last 2 weeks. I have been busy working on flower beds, and was not feeling well for a few days. I am up a .2 lbs, it is probably water weight, but it still makes me a little sad. I have had a bad craving for something sweet the last few nights. I have always been told if you crave something sweet to eat something salty. Normally this works for me, but not this week=(. Anyway have a good day.

I hope you are feeling better now. No worries, that little gain isn't worth thinking about. think water weight! I can gain 5 lbs a week! No, I am not kidding and I am not bragging. Working in your garden is a great way to exercise and burn the cals. Thanks for the hug and back at you ((Hugs))
