HAPPY MONDAAAAYYY!!! Today starts a new week. Last week wasn't hard at all. I'm happy to see progress and my biggest hurdle is to make sure that I stay on this journey. I want this to be a total lifestyle change instead of something I just do and quit. I'm working on my mental health to hopefully keep from this happening. So far so good. I will celebrate when I'm able to maintain a month. So small victories are my main goal!!!
