It can be demotivating when we put in all this work, only to have no pay-off. It seems that you've had an increase of 200grams. Yes, it's an increase, but it's not 2kilos. There can be many reasons-fluid build up, constipation, salt, sugar etc. If you're logging on this app, check your macros. Is your diet carb-heavy? How are your sugar/salt levels? Are you getting enough fibre?
It seems like your working really hard, and it's only been a few days since your last weigh in. Yes, losing weight is harder as we get older, but don't give up! Try to use the scales either on the same day of the week, or daily, and at the very start of the day. My heaviest days are usually Saturday and Sunday, and my lightest days are Tuesday and Wednesday. We fluctuate throughout the week. If you stay consistent, the changes will come 💚
