It's about consistency over time. And the scale does not usually automatically reflect whatever you did the day before. All sorts of things affect it.

Thanks Nikina, totally agree. It was just funny because i normally go up or down each day never have the same reading twice. I had also had a scan the evening before and that usually causes swings in my weight.
