so yesterdays anniversary meal and accompanying wine menu is showing up in todays weigh (no suprise) i am comforting myself with the fact that the place we chose to eat is 90 - 100% organis and its manifest is top quality ingredients done simply. They certainly lived up to expectations the food was excellent and the place completley unpretentious despite a michallin star and better still had the most excellent coffee i have ever tasted (which unforunetly means that my morning coffee today is very difficult to stomach) and because we ate early (didnt want to through all of my good work out the window) we got a great early bird deal so it wasnt that expensive!!!!

Will be finishing the garden this weekend if the weather holds so hopefully i work off the extra plus a little bit more
