so last weigh in before a weekend of indulgence at Roskilde Festival!!

I did want it to be a little lower but will take the 1kg loss and hope that it doesnt go up by too much after the long weekend. I'm a little worried i mean i know that its going to go up as i will be partaking in a drink or two (or three) i mean its a rock festival it would be rude not to right ;0) but the food options are not good, burgers, pasta, fries all the usual high fat high carb low substenece things. i have packed some carrot snacks and some natural nuts and some fruit and hope that i dont bring it all home with me again!

´Well i have my wellies and rain gear at the ready (it is summer here in DK after all)
