well finally i can agree with the scale this morning after a week of very strange readings. This week i have ranged anywhere from 75 - 78 kg with BF% from 36 - 42% Today it looks like its back on track 73.4 kg and 32.1% BF (or is it just because i like these numbers better :0)?)

Other than the crasy numbers life is good at the moment. i like maintaining around this weight it fits well with me i just need to tone up. in particular i have recently found that there is copeous amounts of wobbly skin in my underarms so any suggestions on how to tighten this up and get rid of my bingo wings would be very mcuh apprecaited
