So at the moment i am yoyoing around my goal weight but my scale still says that i'm obese with regards to BF (35.6% this morning) i would like to see it come out of the 30%s and kow this means hard work with regards to the exercise. Inner voice just needs to be on continuous repeat. You can do this you've come so far....you can do this you've come so far......

Take your time, don't try to rush things. BF builds slowely and is used only as a last resort by your body so it will also come off slowly... extra work-out is always fine, but the problem with that is that you have to feed your body! if you just work out more, your body will resort to using your muscle tissue for energy cus that is easier than using fat...
