Erugh...i was very bad this weekend and its reflected in my weigh in this morning. i did however have a great weekend out with the girls :0) plenty of good food and wine so i knew the scales would go up this morning. i was willing to accept this and wasnt counting calories in or out (there wasnt a lot of out unfortunetly!!)
i will take this on the chin and work to take it and more back off this week. i will hit goal weight before Easter is now my new mantra i mean it'll be easy right its only 3.6 kgs in 5 weeks!!!!!
