Maybe try drinking more water? I set my Alexa (forgot today tho 🤣) water reminders, she shouts at me every hour to drink a glass! Or maybe mix up ur eating? Some days I do it back to front, tofu scramble, tattie scones, veggie bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, full works for breakfast, yoghurt n fruit or a big smoothie or bowl of cereal and fruit for lunch and big bowl of plain salad ..lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot for dinner.Hope u find a way round it soon ❤️
