hi everyone. I am trying to record my cheat day Chinese takeaway. I would just prefer to put 2k calories in (it was a big cheat evening buffet) instead of trying to add everything. what do other people do on cheat days/relapse days?

I log mine to try holding myself accountable for it, then just try again next day.
