Being pescatarian my struggle with bread in the last 3 months has been very hard. My busy lifestyle has left me to grab snacks out of gas stations and fast food restaurants. Yesterday I decided to get back on track. The worst part is when you know what to do but just don't do it. I am vowing to myself that I would no longer allow myself to fall off into the deep end again.
