Now I really don't know what to do , I don't have room for more deficit left as I am at sub 2000 calories and I am already doing an hour of workout 6 days a week , 15000 steps a day but my weight is stuck at 77 plus minus 1 kg.

what is your height though? is 2000 cals your basal metabolic index? in the 1 hour workout, do you do strength training or cardio?

And for how many days has your weight been stuck like that? From your weight entries it seems that there has been a lot of fluctuations recently so how is it stuck

@nikhly Those fluctuations are because of the timing of the day , I usually don't weigh myself at the same time of the day everyday and some of it is water retention too so that's why it varies from 76.5 to 78 but on an average its 77 kg from almost a month and I haven't had broken the 76kg barrier

My height is 6 feet and my bodyfat is 15% , currently I am at 2300 maintenance calories and at a deficit of 300 calories , No I don't do much cardio but I take long walks and strength training is in my routing workout

drink atleast 2 litre water daily. and. do 30 min. of cardio. daily

maybe your body is gaining muscles so, don't just think about weight fat and weight both are different thing there are people with 8-12% body fat with 6 feet height and weigh 78-88 kg so , relax you are completely fit now focus on muscle building gradually you will weightloss but slow focus on fat loss and not on weightloss I hope it may help🙂

Combine Keto with 16-8 / 14-10 Intermittent Fasting for 5-6 days, it will shock your body and push you into ketogenesis, after 6 days drop the keto and continue intermittent fasting with moderate (150g max) carbs. It will shock your body out of the plateau and stagnation.

Wow we’re similar! I usually weigh 80kg with tough weight training 6 days a week and follow the same 2k calorie diet. Though the recommended intake is 3k calories which is ridiculous. I’m not sure if that was calculated correctly since I’m not losing fat as well

#anujnair bro at 3k calories I am pretty sure we will blow up like balloons 😅 but it also depends upon the metabolism of our body some people eat more and still they manage to burn it all

True bro. FatSecret still says I should have 3k calories. My intake is 2k right now. Anyway good luck with your weight loss. Everybody suggests to reduce calorie intake very slowly
