so 800g down after the weekend isnt too bad. i've been good maybe not moved as much as i should but then i've kept the intake down so in the big scheme of things it should all even out.
i'm off traveling for work again this week so will need to try to keep the meet and greet dinners in check and only good food choices in the buffet style lunches fingers crossed i can stick to this :0)
Weather here is really taking an autumnal turn and after the clocks have gone back an hour this weekend i will have to switch up my walk and do more in the morning dark rainy afternoons are no fun at all!!
