Oh Monday, I hope you're good to me. I did my weigh in early this week due to one of the challenged I'm in. It was a loss but I am a little disappointed because I was 1 pound less all last week. I'm hoping it's bloat and I can take care of it this week.
I didn't eat the best this weekend but I didn't do the worst either. It's a new week this week and I'm going to do all I can and hope for another loss next week.
Yesterday I worked out using the your shape fitness for kinect and burned 300 calories that really kicked my butt! I also FINALLY cooked my chicken this weekend and it came out amazing!!! I'm going to the grocery tonight to stock up on some more healthy food.

that pound loss is GREAT!! Happy the chicken finally thawed and tasted good. I need to get the dance and shape fitness thing but just did my bills from christmas- Ouch!! might have to wait. Have fun at the grocery- don't go hungry : )
