hmmm.....up a little under a kilo is not good enough missy!!!! i'm hoping that its due to water retention from our impromtue night out on Saturday. Hubby went to watch the football and called afterwards to meet him in the pub for a drink afterwards. well we all know what happpened one turned into 2 turned into 3 then i got the beer munchies and ended up with takeaway outside of my IF window! i tried to be good and keep it light honest :0) it was great to just get out and blow off some steam though ;0) we dont do it very often once in a while doesnt hurt surely?? it did mean that Sunday was a very lazy hangover day not a lot of movement so i tried to keep to good food choices and plenty of water. i will continue with this today and hopefully that number will come down some more. A little over a week to return to pre indulgence weekend is a little too long but i guess i didnt help things really!!! This week will be hard as i am away for work again and to make matters worse i'm in my fave place in Italy luckily the hotel has a gym and i know a couple of good walks it will be ok i must do better!
