wow cant believe that!! i know its only 600g but i feel like i've really pigged out the last few days and done hardly any moving. so much so that i actually really looked forward to my morning walk this morning even after all the travelling over the last couple of days.

Well the folks go home tomorrow (boo) so tonight we are going to BBQ (fingers crossed for the weather) i have calculated my calories already so am really looking forward to it i just need to get through cake day at work. i will join to be social but i will take my apple with me and slice it up and eat that instead of the cake as i want ot be able to eat the lovely marinated chicken thats going on the grill tonight!!!
