okay still going down. tomorrow is 5 weeks and i am still doing 2.5#/wk. it really hasnt been terribly difficult. i have not tracked food for a while but am mostly being very careful. a good but not extravagant breakfast, eggs or yogurt granola and fruit. usually nothing for lunch. it had been a ccup of yogurt but it is getting easier to not eat at midday. supper is 1-2 5oz wine and some small nibble. tomorrow is weigh in and i have already lost my 2.5# for the week so doing well. i dont know how much longer i can do this but it hasnt been difficult. the biggest problem is eating with others. i always eat more than on my own EVEN THO IF IT IS AT HOME THE SAME FOOD IS HERE I JUST DONT EAT IT? the big trial will be the week that craig and bryce are here. only about two weeks til i arrive in OR. that could mean another 5# which would mean 196#!!!!!!!! dont count your chickens but it is a possibility. must remember i wont be gardening and working in the yard the way i did this past month. so not as much activity to contribute to the loss. time will tell.
