started theday with tea and continued all day, five large mugs with sugar and creamer. at 8 pm i poured a glass of wine. i am thinking that i may need to fast one day a week to keep me thinking about how much or how little i need to eat. i certainly feel no ill effects from fasting. dont even feel particularly hungry. dont plan to fast tomorrow. this is a whole new way of thinking. it will be difficult to retrain my brain but definitely worth it. i dont know how much my wt will change in the morning. this is an interesting experiment. cheers.
