So I didn't lose HUGE numbers over night like I was really hoping I would since I usually drop at least 2 pounds the first day of my diet. Oh well maybe tomorrow? lol. I'm blaming today's lack of loss on the sugar in the manwich sauce and on "that time of the month". Make's me feel better when I say that. I'm also going to watch better today no slipping in things that aren't allowed!
Once i can get back to the gym that will be a HUGE help but as long as my professor keeps shoving charts down my throat there is no way I am going to make it there. I'm at least going to try and take the dog on a walk tonight the poor guy prob hates me since he hasn't been on a walk in two days!!
