Well at least I didn't go up, for once. Two holiday parties today, will try and watch what I eat and not over eat. Hopefully I can be down a pound or two for Friday. I will be in kickboxing on wednesday but other than that have not been working out due to a very busy schedule. Once the holidays are over it will be easier to get in a routine.
