I'm a little late for flex Friday. I think I'll get to 120 before New Years. I can definitely tell I'm bigger than a couple months ago. My dumbell collection is growing and I'm no longer lifting the ones made for brittle old grandmothers, lol. Kitten is old enough to be left alone so I've gotten back to running and lifting regularly. Feeling pretty good overall. Merry Christmas everyone!

Welp, I've already surpassed my goal of 118 before the new year. I think I might actually slow it down now. I've gone from rail thin to actually having a small helping of belly fat in 48 days, lol. I've gained almost a pound and a half per week since I was in the ER. Most of that stretch, I was working out regularly and most of it is muscle, but it's been a little over a week since I've really dug in and my watch is saying my body fat is up to 17.1%. Time to get to work and stop being so lazy (been using the "but there's a kitten on me" excuse too much, lol). I want to gain weight, but I'd prefer if most of it remained muscle. Regardless, I'm happy that I am able to gain weight when I really put my mind to it. Had my ups and downs, but this has been super successful.

I got a new kitten. Doing my best to meet my caloric goals, but been a bit distracted playing peace maker between all the felines, lol. Also have not had many opportunities to work out. Still gaining, but more slowly now, which is fine. The previous pace was probably unsustainable anyway. I can't remember the last time, if ever, I've been over 120 pounds, so I assume the gains will be tougher to achieve from here on out.

Absolutely destroyed my calorie targets this week. Ran 2-3 miles almost every day and strength training every other day. Scale says I'm still only 13.5% body fat, so this is all muscle 💪 Feeling wildly optimistic.
