Coasting doesn't work for me! After my cold/flu I had a week of just feeling exhausted! I didn't get my greens and soups made I just was too tired to cook. So I began grabbing the fast Ezekiel sprouted bread, opening cans of beans and not planning my meals. Weight loss takes work and commitment. So Feb 1st up 4 pounds. I lost 6.6 pounds in January. I'm feeling better now so I've got to get cooking again. Back on track! I can do this!

Chocolate oatmeal with 1/2 c almond milk, 2 teaspoons Brown sugar and 1/2 banana.
Turns out downloading pics has used up my gigawatts, bites of well whatever for the month who knew!!? I never used them up before. So, bummer no pics! But I still need to track to stay focused. I guess I have free giga-something's from 2am to 8:am when I am mostly asleep. Not sure what my internet provider was saying but the jist is no new photos unless I download them from 2 am to 8 am!

Breakfast: mixed greens with white beans, sauerkraut, onion, and leftover purple cabbage with peas. Picture won't upload!
