Change from the normal calories / weight type entry. Does anyone have any awesome Diet hacks to add. Here are a couple i use .
Fried bread ( which i love ) I spray each side of the bread around 15 times with one kcal spray and drop into a dry red hot frying pan its as close as you can get to the real thing but at a fraction of the calories.
Beans - I sieve the beans completely, its quick and easy as opposed to soaking. There is still a hint of the tomato sauce taste. to calculate calories beans approx double in weight so once you've weighed them once its a done deal for the future. i then add a little jalapeno tabasco sauce which has virtually no calories ( bonus spicy food is slightly thermogenic )
Please add as much as you can someone may just add an awesome hack everyone starts using :)

Leg day today which i enjoyed about a 40 min session - squats / hams etc , I went for a gentle 3 mile walk town afterwards and grabbed a new training diary ( yes i still use pen and paper lol ). Felt a little sorry for the tourists as the weather was cold and grim.

For AdPulley ( Hope i spelled that correctly ) when i brought this i hadnt considered a seperates set up with speaker stands either side of tv ( its a really small room ) but in the future i will upgrade to cd / pre / power amp combo with standmounts ( i think floorstanders would probably end up too bass heavy in the current room . just so this post is diet related i lost another lb today :)

Another easy lb off im hoping to be around 10st 12lb come monday after all the excess sugar and salt have left my system :) .
