I'm a 51 year old stay at home wife. I read like a fiend and enjoy online gaming. Except for taking care of the house, feeding animals and mowing 3 acres of grass, I lead a pretty sedentary lifestyle these days. I am re-training myself to eat healthier, avoid excessive and sugary snacks and perform some regular exercise :)
