1 hour of jogging, 1 hour of mountain biking (so hard i broke my bike!), and 45 minutes of hiking (pushing the broken bike) and -6 lbs of water weight Booyaw! Back on it!

Mountain biking has it's hazards! Going down hill a little too fast, the bike decided to go straight instead of veer left in which I went through a small ditch and then another 50 feet off the trail. I don't know how I didn't flip forward and eat dirt! In the process I broke a piece of the chain system off. She was a good bike and lasted long after her estimated time.

Well guess it's present time for all your hard work! Have fun looking for the old girls replacement. We know you can't go long without one lol.

WOW - glad you didn't get injured! You got extra exercise out of it, too, walking that baby home!

Yikes! Also glad that you didn't get hurt.. bummer about the broken bike though! Great job going back at it hard!! 100% !! ;)

heck ya! Although I did have some ruffles and clam dip with dinner. hehe. So, ya, like 93% today haha! But I worked my ass off by jogging and hiking for 2.5 hours. I think I earned it :)
