Breaky this morning:

lactofree yoghurt,
little handful of dried fruit and nuts,
1 chopped up green Apple,
some extra raisins

😁 nice and light, and good for warm weather, I won't post a picture as it doesn't look great, but does taste great! 👌

Yoghurt and fruit is the closest thing I have to a treat; green apples are the best for this!
