After meeting my fitness eval requirements I decided to have a total and complete cheat day which included spicy chicken strips and even worse, I scarfed down a small king arthur supreme round table pizza for dinner. I consider it a prize for all my hard work. But hey, I only gained 1 lb from the day before, haha! And as for today, I'm back on it. Goal weight loss for this week is 6 lbs!
