Well, I gained almost a pound this week, but I'm convinced it has to be muscle!! I worked my butt off this week--major spring cleaning, cleaned carpets, landscaped the yard, then went all sorts of places with hubby and walked like crazy!!
I can tell a difference in my calves--they look and feel more toned, excited!!
Even my boss commented this morning about my weightloss! Therefore, I'm not letting the rise on the scale bother me!! Haven't recorded in my diet calendar this week--haven't had access to Fat Secret while off work. But I tried to watch what I was eating and mentally kept a calorie log to try and not go over limit.
I'm just feeling proud of myself today. I have been sticking to this lifestyle change for four months now--the longest I've ever stuck to a diet. I've been seeing results, and I feel so much better already. It really helps give me the inspiration to keep at it, and meet my goals. Thanks everyone for being here for support. I just love you guys!! :)
