Been totally off the wagon in the last 3months. 6 weeks summer vacation got me back to 80.2kg. Went back to keto diet on the 18th September and proud to be 72.8 kg today. I know I can make this happen.
72.8 公斤 最近减少: 8.4 公斤.    还有: 2.8 公斤.    饮食准则: 合理的.
一星期增加0.1 公斤

Basically I stay away from regular carbs like rice, potatoes and get my carbs from vegetables that way I keep my carbs to about 20g per day while uping my fat content and about regular protein. A days meal for me is about 2fried eggs and bacon for breakfast and a vegetable stir fry for lunch. Lunch is usually late since my breakfast is very late. Never been a breakfast person @ NancyChizz

Tried keto but couldn't go pass 3days

@Geny26 yes the first 3 to 4 days are the hardest. After then it does get much more easier.

Started the ketones journey yesterday...I am hoping to loose 15Kg. now weighing 74Kg
