Yesterday, I felt better and had more normal energy. Second day of taking a long walk in the early afternoon so I get some sunlight and fresh air. Unfortunately, the combination of sun and air changed the amount of caffeine I need (at least I think that's what happened), so I was very wound up in the evening. Beginning today, I'm going to gradually switch from coffee to green tea. It's supposed to be better for the joints, anyway.

Whether or not coffee causes joint pain is unclear, but I'm going to see if eliminating it helps mine.
