I think it really helps me to plan out my day's meals first thing in the morning. Especially if we're going out to eat, I can look up the restaurant menu's nutrition beforehand, and already know my order when we go. Also, if I plan it early in the morning, I think about it throughout the day, and am less likely to change my mind when I get there!! It just seems a simpler way to watch my calorie intake, and still enjoy the foods I love!

I'm totally with you on that!!! If you know beforehand, you can plan.. and it really makes all the difference. Do you use the Calorie Count app from FS on your phone? The restaurant info in there is really fabulous.. and you can look it up on-the-go! :) Have a great weekend! :)

I need to get that added on my phone--I'm just behind on the times and don't have a phone with a data plan yet...I just added texting a year ago, lol! you too!
