Actually felt not too bad, today. Was able to work all day without a nap, and got a lot done. However, by noon, I was craving protein so had 3 jumbo hen's eggs in my vegan McDougall soup, and when I was on my way home from the gym I bought baked swordfish instead of baked tofu for dinner.

You appear to be eating less now that you've cut out your problem foods, which results in fewer calories, and undoubtably weight loss in the future. I notice that you don't include vegetables, perhaps you'd eat less meat if you ate those that are protein rich with dinner. =-)
