Today I am up early to go for a walk -This week the plan is 15 miles that is if we don't get lost again. My phone battery no longer holds enough power for a long walk so I cannot rely on a GPS signal to help. I do have a subscription to Ordnance Survey online mapping so I do have printed out route.
On a diet front my efforts at getting below 100g of carbs for a few days failed as we were using up left overs. I will keep trying thou. I have reduced my planned calorie intake to 2000 cals for the rest of month as I really want to show sone sort of loss in July. Other news is that I have managed to get a pair of free tickets for Countryfile live from Rohan. We only live six miles from Blenheim and I can park free at a friend Mums house.
