This week's 17 mile walk was the fourth Thursday walk completed in a row with my mate Terry. It's now well burnt into our calendars and we are both keen to continue every week. I have even bought some waterproof walking trousers to prep for the winter. Yesterday I also went jogging and managed three miles in 31 minutes. I have also been trying ten minute Tabata exercises to vary the muscle groups I use a little.
I have been checking my BP twice a day for twenty days it now averages 110/68 my RHR of 50 is also going down a little.
