My schedule is still off. Had breakfast, but on littleoldladydays can't eat again until late afternoon. But I ate mostly decent foods and felt pretty good when I got up this morning.

Mom2Boxers, you were right. Must have been water retention yesterday. It is so insanely hot outside that I don't really feel like eating too much. I don't think I'd mind moving to Canada right now.
