Well I've just started adding back in some modest weight training, so I'll be monitoring the effect that has on things for me. I put on muscle quickly, but I'm also trying to really pare down my calorie intake, so this is a new experiment.

Your weight loss chart looks awsome! Great job. My heaviest weight was around 260. I'm down to 213.6 right now and hoping to move past the 200 mark soon! I was reading your intro about opening up opportunities for different activities when you lose the weight. I have actually just in the last two days jogged a mile or so each day in under 14 minutes. I am so excited. I havent' jogged/ran in 17 years but its always something that I have wanted to do, and now its possible. I am doing a program by beach body called Power 90. Have you ever looked into something like that. It is a great beginners program. I'm on day 53 of 90 and it has dropped me from 228 to 213. I have gained a ton of muscle and lost a bunch of inches all over my body. Its really the first work out program that hasn't intimidated me. LOL You should check into it if you haven't. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and GREAT JOB!

Congrats on the jogging, those are big achievements when previously you never thought you'd do them. I'm interested in MMA and going on a backpack trip again. Could be possible this summer :)
