You know what I have discovered as my biggest pitfall to maintaining a diet? Looking at pics of food!! I receive weekly recipe emails, plus I have been searching the recipes here for some tasty meals, and then find myself starving!! Right now, even that little pear by my name is making me hungry, lol!

The problem is, it's a habit! I love food and cooking and recipes. I love researching recipes. What do I do??? How can I continue to find and provide tasty meals for my family, and not look at recipes?

That's another thing--I'm a big girl, but my hubby is a skinny-binny and my boys are little things too. How do I make a recipe that is filling for my guys, but not so bad for my diet? I know this is terrible, but, typically, I will try to just serve myself small portions, but then I later find myself standing in the kitchen eating the leftovers. If I do manage to refrigerate the leftovers, I think about them that night, and wind up eating them for breakfast!! It is so terrible!! How did I let myself get such a huge problem?

As I am writing this, I am thinking how terrible all this is that I do. Yet I know, next time I have a craving, I will forget all this and EAT--just like earlier with the corn chips. I just couldn't seem to stop myself!! What do I do??
